For most residential properties, no permits are needed. As a FAA Part 107 certified pilot, I handle all the regulatory requirements. For commercial properties or special locations, I'll research any additional permissions needed before your shoot.
Safety comes first! If weather conditions aren't suitable for flying (rain, high winds, low visibility), we'll reschedule at no extra cost. I monitor weather closely and will reach out 24 hours before if there's a concern.
Most residential shoots take 30-60 minutes on-site. Commercial and larger projects vary based on property size. You'll receive your edited photos within 48-72 hours, with rush delivery available.
I serve all of Chatham County including Pittsboro, Siler City, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and surrounding areas. I also cover parts of Wake, Orange, and Lee counties. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond 20 miles from Pittsboro.
